Fawcett Hall

Fawcett Hall is a great rustic venue for a Wedding or Special event. Located 14 kilometres North West of Alexandra, in Spring Creek Road and is set amongst a small picturesque rural farming and business community with hills as a backdrop and Stony Creek running alongside the public reserves property boundary. Part of our hall building dates back to its establishment in 1882. Originally the hall served as a Mechanics Institute and Public Library and later as a primary school. The hall itself has seen weddings, 50th’s, family reunions, children's parties, wedding anniversaries and even a few surprise events. Recently we have also seen artists book the hall and put on performances, inside and or outside on the deck. The commercial kitchen allows for self-catering or a local chef can help you out. The hall seats 80, has wheelchair access and has a wood fire pizza oven and open fireplaces.
