POLICE have expressed disappointment after Victorian drivers committed more than 14,000 traffic offences over the Easter weekend.A 30-year-old woman blew .142 near Lake Eildon on Saturday night with her 16-month-old son in the car, and a man in a BMW was caught doing 194km/h in a 100km/h zone in Portland on Friday.
Overall, 5285 people were booked for speeding and 835 for using mobile phones while driving.
Victoria's road toll is 83, six more than this time last year. Statewide, three motorcyclists were among four people killed over the break
